What is the return policy?

I want you to love your purchase! Items can be returned within 7 days if they’re unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags attached.  Please note, items with stains, scents, or signs of wear won’t be accepted. Reach out if you need to swap a size or return an item.
How much is shipping?

Flat rate shipping of $10 AUD Australia-wide.

International 🌎
Flat rate shipping of $25 AUD worldwide.
Where does Zamimi ship from?

All Zamimi orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Victoria, Australia 🌊☀️
Do you provide tracking?

Absolutely! You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Will I need to pay customs fees, duties or taxes?

USA customers 🇺🇸
Any applicable duties and tariffs are taken care of before your parcel enters the USA, so there should be no surprise tariff payments upon delivery.

European customers 🇪🇺
Some European countries may charge VAT, customs duties or import fees when your parcel arrives. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are working on covering charges ASAP but for now we can't guarantee this.

How long does my order take to arrive?

We estimate that your order will arrive within 24 days of purchase.

All Zamimi tees are printed to order, with print runs happening every Friday. This means your piece is made especially for you, rather than being mass-produced.
We do keep a minimal amount of stock on hand so if you are lucky your order will be on your doorstep quickly! Feel free to reach out if you need an order ASAP

Printing to order allows us to keep things sustainable and low-waste. It’s a more thoughtful process, and one that aligns with our values of caring for the environment and creating with intention.

Because of this, your order may take a little longer to arrive — but it means more love goes into each tee, and less waste goes into the world. Thanks so much for supporting a slower, more conscious way 🌱✨

We keep things simple, intentional and planet-friendly 🌱

Once you place an order, it’s added to our next Friday print run, where your tee is printed to order just for you.

This made-to-order process means we don’t overproduce or hold excess stock — every piece is created with purpose, care and love. It allows us to minimise waste, stay sustainable, and focus on quality over quantity.

From there, your tee is packed up and sent on its way to you. It’s a slower, more thoughtful process, but one we truly believe in — better for the planet, and better for the energy behind each piece ✨

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are the designs original?

Absolutely! I create all the concepts and designs for the tees. They are 100% original and created by me (Bella!)
What size should I purchase?

Please see our "size guide" tab on our site, where we have made it as easy as possibly to find your perfect fit. Please note these tees are created for a relaxed, oversized fit.
